Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
Customers ARE responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of any product purchased.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Damage & Inspection Policy
At AM Mounts, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. To help us resolve any shipping-related issues quickly, we ask that customers inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
Inspect Your Package Upon Arrival
- When your order is delivered, please carefully inspect:
- The exterior shipping box for any signs of damage.
- The product packaging inside the shipment.
- The products themselves for any visible damage, defects, or missing items.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged
If you notice any shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. To allow us to file claims with the carrier and provide the fastest resolution, please include the following photos:
- Clear photos of the outside of the shipping box from multiple angles.
- A clear photo of the shipping label showing the tracking information and recipient details (please ensure the label is readable).
- Photos of any damage to the product packaging.
- Photos clearly showing the damage to the product itself.
- Photos of the internal packaging materials used to protect the item during shipment.
Reporting Time-frame
Shipping damage must be reported promptly after delivery. Delayed reporting may affect our ability to investigate the claim with the shipping carrier and could limit available remedies.
Do Not Discard Packaging
Please retain all original packaging materials, shipping boxes, and damaged products until the claim has been reviewed and resolved. Carriers may require inspection of the original packaging as part of the claims process.
Resolution Process
Once we receive the required information and photographs, we will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement of the damaged item
- Replacement of damaged components
- Store credit
- Refund, when applicable

Exceptions / non-returnable items
EGO Mounts reserves the right to decline any return request.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee and buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return of product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
